Open the new address. Tap the button. It opens dbcam.deitemeyerbrothers.com in Safari. Open the new address

Add it to your Home Screen. The page shows you how with pictures: tap ··· (bottom right) → Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.

Open the new icon (the one with the green frame) and sign in with your work Google account. It says "You're on the new DB Cam" at the top.

Delete the old icon (the plain one, no green frame): press and hold it, tap Remove App, then Delete App (or Remove from Home Screen).
